We Are Ice Wolves 24-25 | Ep 4 – Commitment
A team commitment to a common goal made the Ice Wolves come together and grow stronger after a difficult 1-11 start to the ‘24-25 season. An organization known for its steadfast commitment to the most stable roster in junior hockey, looked inward knowing they had everything they needed in the room to right the ship. Episode 4 of We Are Ice Wolves looks back on the turnaround story that was the ’24-25 season, as the team defied the odds to make the playoffs after a slow start. We hear stories from the road, favorite playoff superstitions, as well as the inspiration that led to the Ice Wolves “post-Christmas blossom.” The season would culminate with the Ice Wolves earning home ice for the playoffs, where they would defeat El Paso in round one. Despite being eliminated in round two by eventual South division champions, the Lone Star Brahmas, the Ice Wolves are doubling down on commitment as they look ahead to next season when new head coach Kyle McKenzie will take the reins working with a strong core of returners focused on chasing the Robertson Cup.
