There’s an Ice Wolves player who needs a room in Albuquerque

Junior hockey doesn’t happen without host families. You provide a bedroom and two meals a day from late August through April. We provide $425 a month, 15% off at Chilly’s Pro Shop and the Center Ice Grill, a coordinator on call, and a young man we have interviewed, background-checked and vouched for.

We keep three to five families ready and waiting, so that when a player needs a home we already have one. Most families tell us the same thing at the end of the season: they thought they were doing us a favor, and then the summer visits started, and then came the wedding invitation.
